At Think Jerky, we stand behind the quality of our chef-crafted snacks and want you to be completely satisfied with every bite. If your order doesn't meet our high standards, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- 2.Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours; if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened jerky pouches in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement snacks immediately.
